About Julia

About Me

I have a passion for people to heal emotionally in a holistic way.  This incorporates the emotional, spiritual, mental, and social part of you.  It is hard to heal trauma, anxiety and depression without healing all of you.  To add to that, a person needs to know and understand their identity. Who are you? What were you made for? How do you fit into the world?  The answers to these questions exist no matter what you have been through in your life.  I will walk with you and help you through all the questions and experiences you have had.

I am a Christian based counselor.  My education and credentials are listed below. I specialize in Women’s issues, Betrayal Trauma, Anxiety, Identity, Adjustment issues and Depression. I have counseled people from all different walks of life with various concerns. I’ve seen it all!

I have a deep desire that every woman can have counseling who wants change in her life.  Because of that, I choose to not have overhead and I don’t work out of an office for Meadowbrook Counseling.  I am a Concierge Counselor.  We will meet in a coffee shop, restaurant, your office, Google Meet, or maybe even your home. I am also available to meet with you online if you live out of state. When you call to make an appointment, we will work the details out.

If you are feeling helpless, out of control, or alone, I would be honored to walk the journey with you! I know it can be hard to reach out and take a step to take care of yourself and your mental health. It is a courageous act to ask for help. I am here!
